Purchasing through the links provided below will help me keep this website afloat.

Calm Powder.jpeg

I use this mostly after my workouts at night to relax my muscles. While using it, I realized it really helped me overall be more calm. Flavor taste great!

This is something I take when I feel like nothing else is helping and I don't want to take my emergency meds. I also chew one of these right before I leave the house to go somewhere. It really gives me the calm feeling we all need. Great flavor too!

Neck Massager.jpg

This neck massager is seriously the best. It doesn't only help my neck, it is also very helpful for the back, hips and anywhere else you're having pain. I love the heating function on it and it's extremely lightweight and cordless. Best one I have found out there for the price.

I use this probably three times a week. If you're like me I carry all my stress in my neck and it gets very painful. This neck heating pad helps release the pain and provides relaxation to that area. I love using this thing while I lay down and watch my favorite show. It has different levels of heat and you can even set a timer. Great product for the amount of money!

Vitamins.jpg

(Options For Both)

I take these vitamins daily (well almost haha!) I notice a difference in my energy and my clarity. I love that they are gummies because I hate taking pills. Also this brand has the best of THE best CLEAN ingredients. VERY affordable too. I also added the link for the men's version.

This pillow is key if you have neck pain or are a side sleeper and need better neck support! You can use this pillow two different ways by turning it to the side that is smaller or the side that it thicker. You can even take layers of the foam out if it's too stiff for you. It provides the perfect support for your neck if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper. I couldn't recommend this pillow more! 10/10

Journal.jpg

I talk about journaling in the coping skills section. I truly believe that journaling is another form of therapy. I like to have all my thoughts in one area and easy accessible. I highly recommend a journal. This is the one I am currently using.

By far the best back pillow I have ever purchased! The comfort that it provides not just on your neck but also your shoulders and middle back are amazing! It's very soft and gentle for sensitive skin. I love how after you're done using it there is a little hook on it so you hang it up to let it dry and prevent mold from growing. This helps me relax EVEN more in my baths. This is definitely a must if you love your baths like me!

Sound Machine.jpg

I have had several different sound machines and let me tell you, NONE compare to this one! First off it has a remote, like yes please! Now I don't have to get up to turn it on/off while I'm all comfy in my bed. It has so many different sounds. It's not just white noise. There's water running, thunder, rain and even a snoring one. Yes you read that right...a snoring one. Hey if it helps people relax and sleep i'm all for it!

I keep this in my purse, that way I always have it with me. I rub it on my wrist and on my chest. It really helps calm me a lot. I even add about six drops to my warm baths to give me the extra calm I need. It really works well and it's organic. Cannot beat the price on this one!

Relaxing Tea.jpg

Wow! This tea is no joke. I am always skeptical about things that say, "relaxing" because I am always like...okay your type of relax and mine could be two different things. Or does this thing even work? Yes! It works! My chest will feel super tight and when I drink this at night it more or less takes it away and leaves me peaceful.

If you have anxiety, depression or ESPECIALLY PTSD this is a NEED! I always feel like I am going to be attacked or hurt at night when I sleep which leads to night terrors. This helps me feel safe. It feels like there is this protective shield over me keeping me safe and allowing me to sleep more peacefully. I have the size twin and I did not purchase the cover for it because I thought it was a waste of money for ME personally. This IS machine washable and tumble dry on LOW. Seriously! You need this!

Foam Neck Roller.jpg

This neck roller stretches out my neck when it's bad. I get horrible neck pain due to PTSD. The pain use to be so bad that I would vomit. This helps prevent it from getting that bad and relieves the pain. If you're wanting to get one for yourself I would recommend the six inch one.

Having a daily planner has lowered my everyday stress and helps me stay focused and keep track of what really needs to get done in my day. Before the planner I would have this list in my head that was never ending and stressed me out. It was of all the things I needed to get done and of wasn't done. I would end up getting nothing done and it was a constant lose lose. When I started writing down things in my planner I realized I was less stressed because I found myself getting done what only had to be done in the day. I even wrote down working out, finding my peace, do something for myself. It reminded me not only to get the things I needed to get done in the day, but to also stop and take care of me.
