Podcast
Elevation With Steven Furtick
He is a preacher who does a great job encouraging people with anxiety. I was drawn to him because he talks about anxiety and how he personally deals with it. As many of you know pastors will not even discuss that topic. Pastor Steven's podcast has helped me so very much!

The Anxiety Guy
He is a podcaster who helps you work through panic attacks. He helps you change your thought process and talks you through affirmations. I find his voice very relaxing and soothing.

Music
Classical
Tchaikovsky, The Best Of Bach, Italian Classical and Vivaldi.

Jazz
Relax Cafe Music, Cafe Music BGM Channel, Smooth Jazz Saxophone.

Yoga
Yoga With Adriene
I think Adriene has the best yoga videos out there specifically to help relieve anxiety.
Side note: If you're like me and you carry a lot of stress in your neck, get a foam neck roller and stretch out your neck. It will bring you almost instant relief of neck pain.

Movies and Tv shows
Movies
Look for a movie that will make you laugh, smile and comfort you. Something that is slow paced. Like, Disney movies, Christmas movies, Animated and comedies. My personal favorites are, Home Alone, The Santa Clause, Luca, Despicable Me and Jack and Jill

Shows
The same will follow for shows. Here is my personal list, 90 day fiancé, Grace and Frankie, Lizzie McGuire, Tom and Jerry and Fuller House.
