Facing Our Fears

We all have fears. Fears that we want to keep hidden and fears that we know we want to face head on.

Whichever fears you might have, I know how challenging and scary it can be.

Lately, I’ve been working on facing my fears head on and let me tell you, it has not been easy, but it’s been very rewarding.

Recently, I took my first ever plane ride! Shocking, I know right. It had been one of my biggest fears and I was terrified.

I knew if I didn’t just do it, I would be thinking about it forever.

The overwhelming joy and accomplishment I felt after was the most rewarding part.

Ask yourself this, what fear do you have that’s holding you back? Or that you cannot stop thinking about?

Big or small, face that fear. You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for!

As Always,

You Deserve Peace

You Are Not Your Diagnosis

You Are Not Alone
