End Of Year Anxiety

Well, it’s that time again. 2023 is coming to a close. Before we know it, 2024 will be here. The thought of that can be quite anxiety inducing.

 

 

It’s a scary concept of a new year coming. Lots of pressure can be put on you with, goals and accomplishments.

 

 

People even ask what did you accomplish this year? And you freeze up and feel embarrassed because your honest response is, “I was just trying to survive!”

 

 

If you are feeling overwhelmed with the idea of 2024 just stick with what’s been working for you. Stick to your goals you already have in place and continue your healing journey.

 

 

If you are in between hating it and kind of liking the idea of new goals, then get a pen and paper out and write some down!

 

 

Each person is different. We are all in different places in our lives. We each have things that make us happy or that we look forward to. Whatever it may be for you, remember to always do what’s best for YOU!
